KPMG People & Change Advisory addresses the People Agenda in private and public sector organizations. Our people and change professionals bring many years' experience in helping organizations to achieve transformational change and build a successful HR function. We help clients to:
- Ensure an organizational transformation programme realizes value
- Improve performance with a strategically aligned organization design, in which the various components work together
- Strengthen the HR department in developing the appropriate service delivery model and processes
- Optimize the internal HR operations through aligned and documented processes and procedures
- Prove the value of the HR function to the business mergers and acquisitions
- Identify and grow talent pool to combat future business challenges.
In order to cope with the expansion of the department, we are currently looking for a Manager to strengthen our enthusiastic team. At our clients you will be responsible for short- or long-term People and Change Advisory projects. These projects mainly include the following competence domains:

recruitment, compensation & benefits, career management,
performance appraisal, payroll, HR administration)
路 HR Service Delivery Model development
路 HR as Business Partner
路 HR team effectiveness and efficiency
Organization Design and Development
路 Organizational transformation programmes
路 Organizational restructuring (Expansion & Rightsizing)
路 Workforce planning
路 Job grading/competency framework
路 Performance & Reward
Change Management
路 Change Management Analysis, Change Strategy and
Communication

Your Profile
You have a university degree in commercial engineering, applied economic sciences, industrial psychology or an equivalent. A specialization in HR Management is an asset.
You have acquired 6 to 10 years of experience in an advisory and/or management role (consulting company or HR department of an international organization) with a focus on HR-projects.
You are acquainted with business process re-engineering and HR process improvement.
You are client oriented and want to work in a fast growing environment with an entrepreneurial culture.
You have good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio and MS Project and possess excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, English & French.
