Personal and communication skills

As a Project Manager you:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management roles.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Are an organizer, coach and team leader.
- Are pragmatic and result oriented.
- Are able to estimate and allocate resources, plan the work, assign tasks, report progress and solve issues.
- Are customer oriented and willing to adapt to the customers requirements.
- Are communicative and have documentational skills.
- Fluently speak Dutch and English and have good knowledge of French.
- Knowledge and technical skills

You have a broad knowledge of Project Management theory and tools.

You have 'hands-on' .NET development expiernce.
