ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be part of the ICT Building Infrastructures PM team, a team of experts focused on ICT Building Infrastructures, from basic structured cabling activities up to data centre construction and building intelligence.
- As a project manager, you are responsible for managing and delivering Building Intelligence projects of varying size and complexity to our clients.
- You manage the projects you are assigned to from initiation to closure using internal resources from our own department or with appropriate external resources.
- You are accountable for planning, project budget control, direction and scope, quality, guidance of the project team, maintaining and developing relationship with customers.
- Your activities are based around the following key areas:
" Large ICT Building related projects
" Business development and sales support

YOUR PROFILE
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, etc.)
- Familiar with all ICT related aspects within a building such as structured cabling, technical rooms and data centre technology, intelligent patching, etc.
- Nice to have:
" DC, HVAC or electrical background
" Knowledge of best practices, standards in ICT

Degree
- Higher educational background, by preference Industrial Engineer
- Nice to have: Certification in ITIL, PMI, Prince2

Soft skills
- You like to share knowledge with your colleagues
- Creative, diplomatic, client & result oriented
- Ability to clearly communicate, both written and oral
- Demonstrate leadership

Experience
- Experience as a team leader or project manager in a Construction related environment

Languages
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French
