Senior SAP HR Functional Portal consultant

• Level: Senior consultant
• Nr of open positions: 1
• Language skills: bilingual (Dutch and French)
• Contract duration: 12 months
• Starting date: immediately
• Working location: Brussels
• Area of work: SAP HR project
• Process team: HR
• Reporting line: SAP HR domain leader

Responsibilities:

- Define business user requirements and priorities
- Specify the functional requirements for the employee management portal
- Advise on phased implementation and architecture design based on business priorities
- Functional design of the portal

Required functional/technical knowledge:

- In depth knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS functionalities
- Being able to translate front-end portal functionalities and integration with back end systems
- Experience with Nakisa is an asset
- Good knowledge of SAP HR modules

Required experience:

- Experience in functional design of employee portals in large companies or the public sector is a plus
- Technical experience in implementation employee portals based on SAP HR is a must
- Service-minded attitude
- Flexibility in work schedule and execution of tasks
- Able to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Pro-active attitude and ability to develop and implement change.
- Excellent writing skills
- Advanced level Excel, Powerpoint and Word techniques
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP employee parts
- Proven experience in developing employee portal strategy
- Minimum of 4 years SAP HR ESS/MSS module experience is a must
