Change and Communication manager.

• Level: senior consultant or manager level
• Nr of open positions: 2
• Language skills: 1 Flemish, 1 French expert
• Contract duration: 12 months
• Starting date: immediately
• Working location: Brussels
• Area of work: NMBS SAP project
• Reporting line: SAP ERP Program Management

Responsibilities:

- Managing all change related activities
- Preparation of all SAP project related communications
- Working together with SAP process teams, NMBS process owners and ERP program management
- Lead, motivate and develop action plans to motivate all NMBS SAP users
- Areas of focus include changes to business processes, systems and organizational structure
- The primary focus will be communication based upon input from process and transition teams
- Conduct SAP readiness assessments

Requirements:

- A successful track record as SAP change or communication manager
- Ten+ years of experience applying change and communication management principles
- A solid understanding of how people go through a SAP change
- Experience with SAP implementation programs
- General understanding of SAP R/3 is a strong advantage

Other requirements:

- Business understanding and business oriented while handling communication related issues
- Excellent management skills , leadership, maturity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular team spirit, coaching and persuasiveness.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must represent professionalism and confidence

Note:

- Candidates need to demonstrate communication examples from previous assignments. Candidates that can not demonstrate this requirement during the interview process will not be taken into consideration
