We are urgently looking for a Technical leader (Java / oracle)

Function:

Direct report to the Service Manager & Technical mentor in the team, the technical leader:


- Back-up of the Service Manager

- Co-ordinates the technical activities related to EOS within & outside the team.

Be accountable for the technical quality of the team deliverables.

- Gives input to Service manager on resource capacity plan and do the technical screening of the resource

- Makes recommendations for technical aspects/evolutions of the domain

- Ensures correct implementations of recommendations resulting from technical audits

- Optimizes the technical knowledge of the team with support of Service Manager & Delivery Manager. Recommend trainings/certifications when appropriate.

- Implements development methodologies/workflow aiming at improving the quality & productivity of deliverables

- Optimizes the release management procedures in order reduce the manual load and mistakes made by migrating to the next environment . Specify release requirements towards other technical departments during tests & production phase (ex data needed to validate the tests & go to prod.)

- Leads release management

- Validates technical aspects and commits for accurate development estimations

- Lead technical assessment of new projects impacting the domain and validates the technical “intake” of projects to be supported on production: Go/No Go for production

- Provide technical recommendations in case in non SLA Compliancy, problem mgt

- Solve production issues requiring expertise due to complexity or when required
due to team workload.

- Lead technical resolution of problems

- Performs developments when adequate.
