For one of our clients, a major consultancy company, specialized in corporate strategy and transformation, we are currently looking for a: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Function:

• You will advise clients on corporate strategy, business modelling, transformation and organisation design;
• Senior stakeholder alignment and commitment;
• Thorough analysis and assessment of change needs;
• Drawing of transformation roadmap with process and structured approach for achievement of strategic and organizational changes;
• Role definition and sizing;
• Creation of efficient communication lines;
• Alignment with cultural change and performance management;
• Programme implementation and governance;
• Coach at all levels of the organisation.

Profile:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in one of the following domains: strategy consulting, business transformation and people and change;
• In-depth knowledge of Logistics, Finance/Insurances or Utilities;
• Ability to initiate, manage and maintain senior internal and external client contacts;
• Well organized, structured and able to develop tailored proposals and value propositions;
• A very good level in Dutch, French and English;
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats;
• Good inter-personal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and clear ability to work both independently as well as team environments;
• An analytical approach to problem solving and an inquisitive mind ready to challenge the status quo;
• Demonstration of tenacity and persistence.
