For one of our clients, a major consultancy company, specialized in corporate strategy and transformation, we are currently looking for a: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT IN TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION

Function:

• You will advise your clients on different dimensions of IT Strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Based on an assessment of the current situation and in alignment with the business strategy and the operating model, you will develop an actionable Strategic IT Plan;
• You will facilitate the implementation of this IT Plan;
• You will improve IT processes, aligning them with the business, recommend and implement an optimal organization structure, supported by relevant governance mechanisms;
• You will advise your clients on how Technology can help achieve business objectives;
• You will map the enterprise architecture and recommend improvement options;
• You will enable implementation of business models by designing and recommending appropriate architectural choices linking them to the underlying IT applications/systems.

Profile:

• Min 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting;
• Skills to understand and scope out client challenges as well as to develop potential solutions;
• A very good level in Dutch, French and English;
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats;
• Drive & commitment to own and deliver outstanding work;
• Good inter-personal skills with high levels of enthusiasm;
• Ability to work both independently as well as team environments;
• An analytical approach to problem solving;
• Demonstration of tenacity and persistence in overcoming challenges and delivering value;
• Working knowledge of ITIL/Cobit/CMMi best practices frameworks is a plus;
• Knowledge of SOE/SOA and EAI concepts is preferred;
• You will have good understanding of telecommunication technologies, both wire line and wireless.
