EnerVest is a company operating in the field of renewable energy and developing wind parks in the European growth markets. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Site Planner for our Belgian subsidiary. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
Function discription
Together with the acquisition officer you identify and acquire property’s to develop wind parks. Your skills include macro and microplanning of wind sites and a good understanding of the Belgian permitting procedures. You will process the acquired land rights, asses possible new development zones, make up the necessary documents to obtain planning permission and negotiate these with the authority’s.
Mainly active in Belgium, exceptionally other zones and regions where EnerVest AG is active.
Profile
Experience 1-3 years
Urban Planner, architect, engineer , or equivalent by experience
Experience with permitting procedures in Flanders and/of Wallonia
Languages : Dutch, English, French and notions of German
Use of current soft and hardware IT applications especially Windpro
