The company develops next generation online market intelligence tools. Attentio's Brand Dashboardâ„¢ is used to monitor and analyze social media such as blogs, forums, Twitter and news, in order to provide real-time insights into consumer behaviour and attitudes.

The ideal candidate will have unique skills and experience in the following areas
- Java
- PHP
- Relational databases/DBMS, (My)SQL
- Linux/UNIX, shell scripting
- XML
- Working language will be English.

Experience in some of the following areas is a definite plus
- Text-based Information retrieval
- Search engine, crawler and wrapper development
- Data Quality Management
- ETL (Extract Transform Load)
- Online Analytical Processing
- Scalability, distributed systems, clusters, grid computing
- Web mining, data mining
- AI techniques/Machine learning
- API specification development
- Web services
- Project management
- Passion for online social media, blogging, social networks, etc
- Multilinguality (English, French, Spanish, etc.)

Soft skills: Highly motivated, communicative, pro-active, creative, ability to work independently, client focus, strong problem solving skills, team player, strong desire to learn
