EUROFITTING, founded in 1997, is an international company with headquarters in Belgium. They manufacture and centralize, for the automotive industry, an industrial solution through high precision equipment for the car manufacturers. Eurofit is the result of a joint venture, established with his component suppliers, Michelin and Continental. Eurofit works in a close partnership with them.
HR Director

Tasks
- You advance, propose and implement to the General Manager HR policies and procedures in terms of selection & recruitment, compensation and benefits, personal development, health & safety, industrial relations and internal communication.
- You benchmark best practices in your area of responsibility and eventually propose improvements to Eurofit’s way of doing.
- You ensure a fair and consistent approach to HR across all plants.
- You coordinate the yearly assessment of all personnel and jobs within Eurofit and ensure that the appropriate actions are taken if required.
- You carry out the assessment of your HR team
- You review each year and eventually propose to the General Manager an adjustment to the compensation scheme for all plants.
- You identify back-ups for key functions and ensure adequate replacement plans are in place.
- You give advice and guidance to Zone Managers and Plant Managers as required.
- You monitor the Group’s performance in your area of responsibility, and if necessary, ensure that adequate corrective and curative actions are implemented.
- You ensure that the Group’s know-how is accumulated and easily available.
- You promote within the Group, through a periodic magazine or otherwise, its successes and best practices and ensure that all employees share a good and open climate.
- You represent the General Manager in industrial relation meetings and eventually negotiate with employee’s representatives.
- You develop your own network within Continental and Michelin and ensure their expertise and support in case of need.
Profile
- Graduated in HR.
- Experience for about 3 to 5 years with similar responsibilities in an international environment.
- Good command of social laws, if possible French and German.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Track record in developing the sense of belonging to one Group
- Track record in increasing competence level.
- Willing to frequent on-site visits (+/- 20% of your time).
- Radiating confidence thanks to your discretion and excellent communication skills.
- Efficiency, conscientiousness and sense for quality are key in your daily work.
- Solution minded and cost effective.
