Tele Marketeer & -Sales, looking for a new challenge andto support at Kronos the benefits of marketing actions, email campaigns, events,... within a specified business category and within a specific product range, across a range of actions (printed and electronic) over the telephone to existing and potential clients. To ensure that leads and opportunities are achieved.Telemarketers are sales- and marketing representatives who do ensure business relations with potentional & existing customers by telephone. The main focus is to gather information that will help identify potential customers or determine the success of our products.Once telemarketers engage a potential customer on the phone, they have a professional ‘scripted- sales-pitch’ to guide the customers’ focus and help him making the business decision to buy our products and or services. Tasks • To constantly seek out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that company targets are met• To achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue streams.• To meet the agreed level of contact with existing or potential accounts as maybe necessary to increase levels of business activity through lead generation actions.• To ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information within the Sales force systemQualifications / Competencies / Experience• Bachelor degree, preferable in Marketing / Sales / Communication • Min. successful telesales experience in the Software / IT Solutions, preferable in Human Capital market• Telemarketing requires an educational training in the Kronos brand and the products. They have to have good telephone personalities and strong sales skills.• This will involve the use of negotiation skills; coupled with the ability to convince the potential clients to get interested in the Kronos solutions and book an appointment or telephone call (lead generation).• Excellent communication• Hunting skills and attitude • Creative and flexible mind • Drive to succeed, self motivator • A positive & entrepreneurial attitude: ‘can do - will do’ mentality • Can work highly independently and in Team • Dutch – French, fluent and English
