Junior Engineer (s)
Export Sales Engineer / Project Engineer

Function :
Junior Project Engineer
You propose and develop cost effective technical solutions based on project requirements in close collaboration with TD and under supervision of Project Engineers. As Junior Project Engineer you assist Project Engineers preparing drawings when required. You will be concerned with reparing drawings in AutoCAD: BF articles, sections, assembly and fabrication. Structural and thermal analysis of structural members in aluminum systems will be part of your job.

You also will be responsible for complement OS catalogue and project data base, making project files with drawings, calculations and other related documents. Direct contact with Reynaers’ subsidiaries, architects, engineering companies and institutes will be included in your responsibilities. You have daily communication with Reynaers’ departments required for project implementation and with suppliers. You keep the management informed on the status of progress by detailed monthly activities report and visit reports. You will report to the Manager of Project Department.

Junior Export Sales Engineer
Supporting tasks as price analysis, file preparations/analysis will be essential to your job. You are also responsible for commercial presentations. You welcome clients, architects and investors in our offices in Duffel. As Junior Export Sales Engineer you liaise and execute supporting tasks between branches. You will report to Reynaers Aluminium’s Export Manager.

By desk research and contacts with trade organisations you are able to develop new markets. Visits to the area’s also belong to the tasks. In your function you will participate at technical and commercial interventions abroad.

Profile and qualifications:
Junior Project Engineer
You have a degree in civil or industrial engineering or architecture. A good knowledge of the construction market and affinity with the new technologies is necessary.You are three or more years experienced in aluminum systems in the building sector. You are able to work at an advanced level in AutoCAD. You are fluent in Dutch, English and French. You have excellent planning and organizational skills and you’re technically very strong and communicative.

Junior Export Sales Engineer
You have an engineering degree or professional qualification in Civil Building or Mechanics. A relevant experience of 3 years in the building industry is an asset. You’re willing to travel 50% of your time. Speeking fluently Dutch, English and French is necessary. You’re analytic, communicative, independent, ambitious. You have an open attitude and a great interest in other cultures.
