You are an expert Graphic Designer that lives at an average of 25+ CPM (clicks per minute) and are addicted to the Internet. You are a passionate for Interactive design, new technologies and on the never-ending quest to create the ultimate Interactive experience. You want that FWA trophy on your shelf. You have stacked up a large heap of experience points at your current job position, and are ready to cash them in for new skills, new opportunities, new stories, and a better life at Amphion.


Requirements
First and foremost you are Senior Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience on the Interactive side of the spectrum. We’re not talking a mere no-questions-asked ‘Flash Integrator’, but rather a fully-fledged Flash Creator.

You have a knack for online interactive experiences and anticipate this extra dimension in your design process.

You know how to handle your Timelines & Tweens and are expert at translating your static PSD designs to immersive Flash experiences by your lonesome, or with the help of an Action scripter.

The total integration of Video, Audio and Flash interaction has no secrets to you. You are responsible for youngsters turning their back on TV by entertaining them all night with full screen flash/video websites. (We have in house video expertise)

Needless to say you also can communicate with Flash scripters/developers who discuss AS2, AS3, FLEX, XHTML, PHP, CSS and whatever sort of weird Nerd abbreviation lingo during lunch break.

You have the qualities to take up a creative leadership role and are not adverse to the prospect of sharing your creative and technical knowledge with a team.

You are on top of the latest evolution in terms of Interactive design. Your colleagues would love to dive into your del.ici.ous bookmarks and apply the knowledge you scooped up on those cutting edge blogs that only you know about.
