Good experience with Websphere 5 & 6 administration on Linux/Unix in large environments (> 50 production application servers) : installation, configuration, application deployment, tuning, troubleshooting, …
Good knowledge of Websphere Portal 5 & 6
A J2EE developper background is a nice added value (like the knowledge of the most popular framework/API : spring, hibernate, struts, flex, …)
Experience with web servers and reverse proxy (preferably apache)
Troubleshooting ability of the whole access chain : Reverse Proxy – Web Server – Application Server – Backends (database, ERP, SOA, SAP, …)
Experience with SOA
