To enforce our team, we are currently looking for an Executive Search Consultant.


The Executive Search Consultant is responsible for:

 Business Development: identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities
 Networking: representing Vandycke & Partners, building a network of clients, candidates, business contacts
 The Executive Search Consultant Reports to Managing Director
 Recruitment Assignments and Client Management:
• Client meetings : understanding the client’s needs, deciding search-strategy, forming a plan-of-action
• Research : Searching actively for candidates through different search channels.
• Screening of candidates; conducting intake-interviews and in-depth interviews with candidates
• Reference checks, candidate report writing
• Briefings to clients concerning Search progress and candidates
• Act as a interface in the negotiation process

Profile:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master Degree).
• Professional experience in Executive Search and recruitment
• Knowledge of / experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences
industry is a great advantage.
• Trilingual: French, Dutch, English (orally and written).
• PC-minded: profound knowledge of current applications (MS
Office + databases)
• Creative, problem solver, result driven, enterprising spirit, mature,
working autonomously
• Service oriented, pro-active, excellent communication skills, flexible,
immune to stress
• Strong analytical skills
• Well organized, administratively accurate, having an eye for detail
