GRACO Europe

GRACO’s European Headquarters are based in Maasmechelen, Eastern Belgium. Main activities include sales and marketing, assembly, distribution, customer service, technical assistance,. GRACO employs about 200 people in Europe. The company works with many distributors and service partners throughout Europe to guarantee customer satisfaction.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Facilitate cost effective business operations through the provision of efficient, effective and timely Human Resources services.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

•Provide independent payroll/labor administration for the respective countries, in cooperation with an outside social office;
•Assure compliance with relevant social, labour and security laws and regulations;
•Facilitate conflict management / dispute resolutions as appropriate;
•Assure timely and correct reporting to US headquarters, governmental instances, insurance companies … ;
•Co-ordinate the development of clear, agreed upon specifications for all open positions;
•Co-ordinate assignments of recruiting projects with appropriate resources (external and internal).
•Co-ordinate the fleet in a cost-efficient and uniform, clear and transparent way for all company-car eligible employees within the respective countries.

PROFILE

•Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology;
•Three to five years Human Resources experience (preferably in an international company);
•One to three years experience in a non-human resources function is an asset
(Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales support)
•Fluency in English, Dutch, French and German
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills
•Excellent verbal (presentation) and writing (technical) skills
•Cross-cultural sensitivity
•Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications
