We are now looking for a Clinical Project Leader (VAC/179) for a project at a leading medical devices company.


Job description:
The Clinical Project Leader (CPL) assists in developing, coordinating and implementing research and administrative strategies essential to the successful management of clinical investigations.

• Develop, review and optimize project-related documentation, materials and procedures;
• Select investigators and organize investigator meetings;
• Define and control project timelines, budget and inventory goals;
• Prepare and review Monitoring Plan and reports;
• Ensure accordance with all applicable regulations, standards, SOP’s and policies and that databases and filing of study related documentation remain updated;
• Handle adverse events and reports within defined timelines;
• Recommend guidelines in the collection of clinical data;
• Coordinate development and submission of clinical study reports and publications;
• Manage vendor contract negotiations and oversight of vendor activities.


Profile:
• Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences;
• 2 to 7 years of experience in clinical research, by preference in cardiology or electrophysiology and with medical devices, depending on level of education;
• Fluent communication skills in English, good knowledge of French and Dutch and basic German are desired;
• Energetic, independent and well-organized team player;
• Able to achieve deadlines under pressure;
• Strong ethics and commitment;
• Effective presentation skills.
