Based in the EMEA headquarters in Brussels, the EMEA & US Legal Department is responsible for all NorthgateArinso legal matters related to the EMEA and US regions and the global accounts. You will be in contact with colleagues and customers from a variety of nationalities and disciplines and you will be involved in all major legal transactions of the NorthgateArinso group worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will cooperate with other legal team members to deal with legal and legal-administrative issues in the field of commercial law, company law, insurances, intellectual property, legal housekeeping, ... .
• You will draft and reviews commercial contracts and participate actively in the negotiation of contracts for a variety of agreements including HR outsourcing, consulting and licensing agreements. This entails contracts for/with customers, suppliers, distributors, software developers, contractors, partners…
• You will interface strongly with Sales/Finance and other departments of the company, as well as with external legal partners throughout the world.

• You will be working as a team of legal advisors servicing all affiliates of the NorthgateArinso group worldwide.

Your Profile:

• A university degree in law. A specialization in Commercial and/or Company Law is an asset
• 3 to 5 years professional experience in commercial law
• You are able to process different tasks within limited timeframes and independently
• Excellent team player but able to operate autonomously

• Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
