University graduate or Graduate.
Personal skills
- precision and clarity (oral, written) – communicative (with team members and with IT colleagues & other partners) – sound knowledge of English is a must – experience with team leading – coaching skills – flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required; willingness to work hard) – fast learner – team player – ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (Business, IT)
Business experience required – minimum 3 years of professional experience in banking, as project leader in a project environment – knowledge of SEPA payments – knowledge of domestic payments – knowledge of international payments
Technical experience required
- affinity with IT systems and processes – ability to work with IT department to transfer & explain specifications to developers – experience with a banking package is a plus
Functional experience required
- experience with planning and structuring a project, identifying and assigning all relevant tasks that need to be executed to ensure the success of the project – experience with a project planning tool (such as ‘Microsoft Project’) – expertise in functional/technical analysis, test preparation & execution, roll-out support (‘V-model’) – ability to work with IT department to sign-off IT developments during the integration testing phases – risk awareness (judging severity of incidents) – experience with defects and incident management – experience with change requests management
Objective of the job
§ Plan and coordinate projects in our customer Payments department
§ Contribute to the Scope definition and Requirements gathering phase
§ Coordinate and prepare tests in the Payments area
