For the central Marketing Department in the fast growing EMEA Headquarters (Breda/The Netherlands) we are today looking for a talented :

Trade Show Manager EMEA (ref. : 7275)

Your Mission

You will be responsible for organizing all trade shows and other events in EMEA. You will take care of all administration and logistics in order to make sure that FLIR Systems can participate successfully to trade shows in all the markets it addresses within the EMEA region. Your duties and responsibilities include : creating, planning and managing a full-year trade show schedule – detecting and proposing new interesting trade shows – liaising and negotiating with organizers – arranging all administrative and logistical issues including registrations, reservations, shipping etc. – coordinating with stand constructors (briefing, booth designing, follow-up, quality inspection etc.) – on-site visits and hands-on troubleshooting – organization of small and large sales events, meetings and seminars.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Trade Show Manager with strong practical, organizational and administrative skills. You are a real hands-on troubleshooter and problemsolver with the ability to interact with a wide Group of people inside and outside the organization : Sales & Product Management, Trade Show Organizers, Stand Constructors, … You feel comfortable working in a technical environment and with high-tech products. You are stress-tolerant, flexible and able to work independently. You are willing to travel. You are excellent in English with other languages as an asset.

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing EMEA (Breda based).
