Web & Electronic Media Specialist EMEA (ref. : 7280)

Your Mission

In this position you will be responsible for keeping the FLIR Commercial Systems website up-to-date and for managing the online content for the EMEA region. You will make sure that FLIR Systems ranks first on major search engines in the EMEA region within the infrared business. You will turn the FLIR websites into real lead generation tools. Your duties and responsibilities include : Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in cooperation with the Corporate Webmaster (US based) – setting up AdWords campaigns in multiple languages including extensive reporting on results and efficiency – keeping the FLIR Commercial Systems websites up-to-date in multiple languages – development of e-commerce sections and local EMEA mini-sites – Creation of banners, Flash movies and e-mailings – management of image and marketing material databases.

Your Profile

As experienced Web & Electronic Media professional you have an excellent knowledge of organic Search Engine Optimization techniques and AdWords mechanisms and strategies. You are well able to work within an existing CMS system with knowledge of Ektron (or similar) as an asset. Knowledge of HTML is definitely a plus. You are efficiënt and accurate in creating detailed monthly reports about SEO, web statistics, goal conversions etc. You are full of initiative and inventive in creating e-mailings, banners etc. You can work independently and under stress with respect for deadlines. You are fluent in English with other languages as an asset.

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing EMEA (Breda based).
