Procurement & Licensing Coordinator

ï‚§ Providing and overseeing all elements of purchasing of IT Hardware and Software for all HeidelbergCement (Benelux).
ï‚§ Ensure assets and licenses are re-used where possible by maintaining and controlling stock.
ï‚§ Working with preferred suppliers to obtain and benchmark quotations for IT equipment to be procured.
ï‚§ Checking received quotations for accuracy and cost, and the generation of purchase orders for items to be purchased with the correct cost code.
ï‚§ Ensure all licensing management is up to date and maintain an accurate database of licenses, including leavers.
ï‚§ Ensure the business units have an accurate view of associated assets.
ï‚§ Analyse request to determine the need and all orders are approved with the correct authorisation.
ï‚§ Prepare and submits monthly procurement reports to the management team
ï‚§ Monitor contracts and assist with making recommendations for change based upon performance and budgetary considerations
ï‚§ Maintain vendor contracts, process contract renewals, maintain contract information such as renewal dates, cost and licensing details
ï‚§ SDE calls, updated at each level of the procurement process.
ï‚§ Ensure correct bandwidth for IP clear circuit is ordered for new sites. When ceasing circuits all the appropriate information is checked with site managers.
ï‚§ Ensure that an up to date site list is up dated in relation to closures, upgrades and new sites.
Your profile :
ï‚§ Customer focused and service orientated
ï‚§ Excellent communication skills (language specific to area of operation); also must be able to communicate well in English (verbally and written)
ï‚§ Excellent interpersonal skills required; able to work well in the overall team
ï‚§ Requires knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft applications (including Office and Outlook/Exchange), desktop and laptop hardware.
 Aware of the importance of SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); experience of performing in line with documented SLA’s
ï‚§ Awareness of IT support processes (incident, problem, change and configuration management)
ï‚§ Solid understanding of how IT infrastructure components support the business
ï‚§ Pro-active style
ï‚§ Positive attitude
ï‚§ Articulate and methodical
