The central euHReka On-Boarding team of NorthgateArinso is responsible for the technical implementation of EWS & SCM components for all NorthgateArinso euHReka implementation projects worldwide, using dedicated near shore & offshore factories.

We are currently looking for a euHReka Central Delivery Lead (CDL), to work within the central euHReka On-Boarding team.

Responsibilities
The CDL is responsible to deliver all EWS & SCM components in scope of a specific project on time, on quality and within budget to the requesting country, using the near shore & offshore factories. He/she plays the role of interface (SPOC) with the requesting country.

The CDL has following responsibilities:

• During the sales phase, review and validate EWS & SCM scope, pricing and delivery planning with sales representative if requested
• During the delivery phase, collect the EWS & SCM set up requirements from the countries using pre-defined questionnaires and translate them into technical work packages to be delivered by the near shore & offshore factories
• Pro-actively monitor the alignment of the country requirements with the standard product
• Based on the set up requirements, estimate the cost for technical delivery and agree on a fixed price with the country
• Allocate the work packages to be delivered to the near shore & offshore factories, coordinate the delivery and align continuously with requesting country on progress, issues and risks
• Follow up the fixed price budget utilization and provide invoicing instructions on monthly basis
• Ensure that all deliverables are correctly delivered (including documentation)
• Support transition of components delivered to Operations
• Feedback experience to other team members after each project in order to continuously improve overall delivery process

• Participate in building up high quality EWS & SCM on-boarding material

Profile

• At least 5 years professional experience
• Technical background (ideally SAP/Web and/or ESS/MSS knowledge but not required)
• Project management experience
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and self confidence
• Structured and reliable
• Fluent in English

• If not Brussels based, travel to Brussels on average 2 days per week is required
