Group Chief Operating Officer

Your function:
As Group COO you are responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of 6 business units, including civil engineering, building works, mechanical-electrical-plumbing works, concrete production and plant & equipment supplies, each led by a General Manager. You work closely together with the Financial, Commercial and HR Group Director and you report to the Chairman.

Your profile:
You have a master’s degree in civil engineering and minimum 25 years experience in civil and building construction or contracting activities. You have a strong personality, proven team leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Work experience in one of the GCC countries is an asset.

Offer:
The salary package at executive level is negotiable, as are the travel and relocation allowances for you and your family.
