We are currently looking to recruit several Consultants with high analytical abilities to join our HR Consulting team and work on challenging projects at some of the world’s best clients.

Job description
Depending on your experience at the time of joining your responsibilities may include:

• Organize, prepare and brain storms, review sessions, workshops to gather and analyze user requirements
• Create clear and concise documentation describing requirements and agreed processes
• Analyze and propose business processes which strike the best balance between system functionality and client expectations and requirements
• Translate user requirements into SAP HR functionality and identify gaps
• Assist in designing the solution; design solutions using a standard approach
• Assisting in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
• Testing: assist in development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
• Finalize the configuration; migrate the solution to productive the environment, perform data migration activities

Skills & qualifications you need to succeed

• Ability to work as a team member
• Collaboration skills
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems
• Desire to work in an information systems and consulting environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Master degree in Information Technology or a business-related Master degree with a strong IT affinity
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or French and English to join the Brussels office

• Previous experience with SAP or similar is an asset
