Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Delivery Lead / Architect, to work within the central On-Boarding team to deliver the euHReka On Demand solution worldwide.

Responsibilities:
The Delivery Lead / Architect is responsible for delivering all euHReka Workspace components in scope of a project on time, on quality and within budget to the requesting country, using the near shore & offshore factories. He/she plays the role of interface (SPOC) with the requesting country.

The Delivery Lead / Architect has following responsibilities:

• Navigate and network with internal organization including Customer Account Executives to discover opportunities
• Pro-actively monitor the alignment of the country requirements with the standard product
• Collect the euHReka Workspace set up requirements from the countries and translate them into technical work packages to be delivered by the near shore & offshore factories
• Estimate technical delivery costs and negotiate delivery prices with the requesting country
• Allocate the work packages to be delivered to the near shore & offshore factories, coordinate the delivery and align continuously with requesting country on progress, issues and risks
• Follow up budget on a monthly basis
• Ensure correct and timely delivery of all components in scope, and support transition of components delivered to Operations

• Take pro-active actions to continuously improve overall delivery process

Profile:

• At least 5 years professional experience in solution management, enterprise product development or business development roles
• Technical background (ideally SAP/Web and/or ESS/MSS knowledge but not required)
• Project management experience
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and self confidence
• Structured and reliable
• Fluent in English

• If not Brussels based, travel to Brussels on average 2 days per week is required
