Westcon Security, a leading distributor in Network Security Solutions, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Vilvoorde headquarters. Reporting directly to the General Manager and indirectly to the European Marketing Manager, this person will take the lead in our local marketing efforts, the primary objectives of which are lead generation and enhancing the visibility of our company. You will have two dedicated marketing resources at your disposal. In this position you will be expected to:

Identify and implement the marketing strategy of our vendors, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, customer needs and competitive environment, in close collaboration with the European Marketing Management
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services across all our resellers
Create and manage on-line marketing and campaigns. Negotiate funding and ensure that campaign concepts effectively generate leads
Edit and Proofread content: web copy, blog content, collateral, email and direct mail content
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with vendor and reseller partners and product managers to market products and services
Manage the COOP and MDF funds as a good houseman/housewife + report ROI to vendors and to management
Bachelor’s degree required. Candidate must have at least 3+ years experience in B2B marketing. Good English writing skills, proficiency in MS programs – Excel, Word and PowerPoint – is required. Familiarity with HTML and social media is a plus.
