Experienced Marketing Talent
Responsibilities
• Define on a yearly basis the brand strategy and plans. Be responsible for realising volume, revenue, profit and market share for each brand.
• Devise plans which are based on thorough analyses of market dynamics, brand performance and our consumer insight information. You will use all available information (continuous and ad hoc research) for translating and aligning local market and consumer information relevant to the brand as incorporated in the Brand Equity Strategy to ensure the correct brand positioning and Brand Essence elements are reflected in marketing activities.
• Help create improvement programs for products or productivity to meet and exceed the existing objectives. You will have frequent contacts with our stakeholders in the Product Change Management Team, Production and R&D departments.
• Involvement in growth initiatives in local market relevant for your specific brand(s), including trade materials, sales communication launch plan, communication and support, POS execution, etc.
• Opportunities to be involved in European projects on innovation. For this cooperation with the international team and European colleagues will be needed.
• Put forward propositions on continuous basis to optimise the marketing mix of your products.
• Work together with customer marketing to align promotion policies with the « above the line » support. Participate in the development of an effective communication policy and sound media planning.
• Act as an ambassador for your brand within the organisation.
PROFILE
• University Degree
• If possible a consumer focused marketing experience in consumer products with a preference to individuals with high-tiered consumer packaged goods experience focused in food and beverage
• Enthusiastic, open and communicative.
• Customer focused with a drive for results.
• Open for innovation, creative, a real problem solver and hands on.
• Analytical, organized and able to think strategically
• Pro-active with a winners mentality
• Interested in consumer insight and research
• A team player, but can also work autonomously.

• Speak Dutch and/or French in combination with a sound knowledge of English.
