For one of our customers Leading in the Consultancy area we are currently looking for :


Expert Java professional, who:
- knows about and can apply custom software development methodologies
- has at least 8 years of experience in Java software development missions
- has an expert knowledge of at least 1 Java technology stack (JBoss, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, …) and advanced knowledge of 1 additional Java technology stack
- has an expert knowledge on SOA, BPM, ESB, ...
- is aware about the recent and new technology initiatives within the Java technology area in general
- can decide upon the Java architecture and take the full technical responsibility for the realization of a project in complex situations
- is able to manage a team of 10 Java professionals
- can convince the client management of the Java strategy to follow
- has already demonstrated consistent excellence in applying his/her Java competency across multiple projects
- is a consistent resource to others on trends, unique or complex situations, and new and anticipated developments within the Java technology
- languages: mother tongue Dutch or French, English fluent, good knowledge of 2nd Belgian language (French or Dutch)
