Husqvarna consists of a stone industry branch under de brand Diamant Boart and a construction branch with Husqvarna. They are characterized by technical competence, trade experience and market access which allows them to develop the most efficient and innovative diamond tools and machines on the market.

The product range includes diamond blades, diamond core drill bits, diamond wires, wall saws, floor saws, drilling equipment, tile and masonry saws, handheld cutters, and other machines for the construction and stone industries.

PRODUCT MANAGER
Diamond tools for distribution

Position

• You are working within a worldwide region, with your central office in Ath (Belgium).
• You are responsible for several product lines.
• You analyze the market and the competitors and develop a strategical plan of action.
• You will propose priorities that need to be given and manage the agreed development program internally.
• You prepare and follow up the international launching program of new products and significant changes in the product range.
• You coordinate support actions to foster the implementation of those new products.

• You report to the Product Manager Diamond Tools.

Profile

• You have an university degree, preferable in a commercial direction such as marketing and you are interested in technical products or you have a technical degree with additional competences in marketing.
• You have experience in a similar position within a similar market segment.
• You like to work in an international environment and developed a good knowledge of several languages. English and French are a must.
• You are a negotiator who is able to convince clients, the management and colleagues by technical know-how as well as by an enthousiastic personality.

• You have market and customer insight (trend and development).
