Due to a further growth of our organisation, we seek for our team in Belgium a:


Human Resources and Administration Support


Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the follow up on our Human Resources Activities for the plant and office people in our Belgian organisation; this will take 50 % of your time.
• You manage our temporary workforce in the plant and office on a daily basis and look for the right profiles.
• You oversee the administration with respect to hour registration, salaries, etc.
• You monitor the performance reviews and incentive systems.
• You follow up on recent legislations and guidelines with respect to human resources activities.
• Next to this, you will support different managers and CEO with administrative tasks; this will be in the area of operations, health and safety, quality assurance and finance.
• You work closely with the CEO, to whom you report, and the owners of the company.


Your Profile:

• You have minimum a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, …
• You have a proven track record with minimum 5 years experience in a Human Resources environment.
• You have a people-driven mind, with open and transparent communication.
• Good analysis and observation skills.
• You live in the area of Heist op den Berg and understand the local culture.
• You speak, read and write English.
