JOB DESCRIPTION

 You will take the lead of software implementation projects
 You will make sure that the project methodology (based on Prince II) is correctly used
 You will take the full responsibility of the project including budget, P&L, resources planning, communication and quality
 You will manage a team of consultants working on the project and will give input for their evaluation cycle to their unit manager
 You will report on the status of the project to the Management team on a regular basis
 You will manage the handover of the solution, after the “go live”, to service delivery
 You will take part in the pre-sales activities and set up of service contracts together with the business development and the service delivery department

PROFILE

 University degree or equal by experience
 At least 5 years of experience in project management of large projects
 Familiar with ERP based solutions
 Proven people management skills
 IT affinity
 Good communicator and good writing skills (Dutch, English and French )
 Excellent customer-client relation skills
 Quality driven, problem solving mentality
 Autonomous, Self-confident, initiative-taker
 Utility industry knowledge, familiar with processes typical for supply and net companies is an asset
 International mindset, willing to work on-site at the customer location
