JOB DESCRIPTION

 As a member of our growing dedicated Service Delivery Team, you will be trained to become a professional Service Delivery Consultant
 After the implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics AX solution, you will take care of the functional support of our customers
 You will assure a successful service delivery approach : solve, dispatch and follow up on incidents according to the Itineris quality standards
 You will define, analyse and implement changes in functionality
 You will be the bridge between Itineris and clients organization and you will build a personal relationship with key people within the clients organization
 You will be responsible for SLA fulfillment and customer satisfaction


PROFILE

 Bachelor or Master degree
 Customer focus with a drive for quality
 Worked with or knowledge of ERP solutions
 Understand business processes
 Analytical and able to easily detect the cause of an incident
 Excellent communication skills, verbal (telephone) and written (Dutch, English and French)
 Relevant experience in customer service
 Team player
 Take ownership, persistent and stress resistant
 IT affinity
