Exchange specialist area Brussels

Our client is looking for a Messaging system specialist to join the Messaging and Directory Services team within I&O TS department. The specialist will have to demonstrate the specific profile described below:

Principal Assignments

- Support to business projects and requests: analyse, advice and design solution
- Support solving: participate to Incident and Problem Management (3rd level)
Analyze, proposal, resolution, coordination and documentation
- Capacity planning, performance management and Life Cycle management of the messaging infrastructure and products
- Evolution & study
- Coordinating a technical project or an operating team
- Intervening in support of development teams
- Carrying out tests, analysing operating dossiers and writing procedures
- Optimising environment performance
- Taking part in selecting changes to systems
- Training operations personnel
- Guaranteeing the level of service commitments as well as processing quality in compliance with the quality assurance plan
- Providing continuous surveillance of all IT resources and their operational management
- Maintaining overall production conditions

Skills :

- Language: ENG (+NL/FR)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Messaging infrastructure or equivalent Deep expertise in Messaging system (like Exchange or Domino), mail routing, Fax system
- Experience in Network and SAN & storage
- Experience in capacity & infrastructure management
- Experience LDAP directories
- Scripting: batches, PowerShell, …
- Experience in small project leading/ management
