Administrator Control/M area Brussels

Objective of the Job

- Ensuring the good working of the application and infrastructure that manages the scheduling by the software Control/M.
- Ensuring the second line and third line support of Control/M.
- Managing and solving incidents related to this environment and Control/M by diagnosing the incidents and defining priorities
- Deciding on measurements to repair the service
- Validating installation procedures and changes prepared by colleagues and executing the demands to install the hardware or software, execute the changes accepted by the board and make changes to the CMDB
- Control on the execution of the RFC’s and prepare or execute a failback
- Participate and validate of the monitoring and Disaster Recovery-procedures

Principal Assignments

- Contributing to technical and/or functional knowledge of specific aspects of applications / environments / processes
- Building application, software, infrastructure or technical architecture
- Contributing his/her expertise on specific issues (application architecture planning, etc.)

Skills

- Language: NL/FR and English
- Master or Bachelor preferably in informatics or other sciences
- Experience in the financial sector
- Already worked in large organizations
- Good knowledge of Control/M
