Husqvarna consists of a stone industry branch under de brand Diamant Boart and a construction branch with Husqvarna. They are characterized by technical competence, trade experience and market access which allows them to develop the most efficient and innovative diamond tools and machines on the market.

The product range includes diamond blades, diamond core drill bits, diamond wires, wall saws, floor saws, drilling equipment, tile and masonry saws, handheld cutters, and other machines for the construction and stone industries.

COUNTRY MANAGER CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS
Belgium

Position

• You are working within Belgium, with your central office in Ath.
• You develop, plan and execute with your team a commercial strategy for Husqvarna Construction Products in accordance with the defined objectives.
• You analyze the market and the competitors and develop a customised strategical plan of action.
• You have P&L responsibility and need to generate a budget and forecast.
• You will define priorities and motivate your sales team to obtain the targets and to develop the construction business.
• You translate your strategical plan into a suitable marketing approach in relation to the financial objectives.
• You have an eye for organisational processes and are willing to recruit, maintain, train and develop talent.
• You develop an After Sales Service set-up to supports the products in the market place.

• You report to the “VP Sales Europe, Asia, Pacific and Latin America Construction Products”.

Profile

• You have an university degree, preferable in a commercial direction such as marketing or business economics and you are interested in technical products or you have a technical degree with additional competences in marketing and sales.
• You have people management experience in a similar position through specializes distribution (direct and indirect).
• You like working in a multicultural environment and developed a good knowledge of several languages. English, French and Dutch are a must.
• You are a teamplayer who is able to convince clients, the management and colleagues by know-how as well as by an enthousiastic personality.

• You have market and customer insight (trend and development).
