The Berlin Shared Service Center is providing services in
Human Resources as well as Finance to about 150 BASF Group companies throughout Europe.
To support our team we are looking for a

Dutch speaking General Human Resources Officer (f/m)

What you can expect:

- You will provide information and advice in line with BASF rules and
collective bargaining agreements, as well as European and Belgian
legal requirements
- You will be responsible for the processing and maintenance of
personnel changes (i.e. hires, departures, organizational changes,
etc.) as well as for processing other life changes ( i.e. change of
address, marriage, etc.)
- You will advise and consult with local HR departments and different
external and internal service providers (i.e. financial departments,
insurance companies, etc.)
- You will develop and maintain the HR Shared Service Center
knowledge database

What we expect:

- Business degree
- Strong motivation to become an allround HR professional
- Experience in an administrative (HR) environment is a plus
- Teamplayer with excellent intercultural communication skills
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented personality, very
motivated and interested in continuous learning
- Very good knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of
SAP HR R/3 is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of English and/or German, French is a
plus
