Key areas of responsibility:
1) Improvement of product field quality and customer satisfaction thereby reducing CoNQ:
• Set up of field data and information flows to enable the organization to understand current performance and areas for improvement. (Field quality metrics)
• Gains customer trust by regular visits to call centre, workshops, showrooms etc.
• Structural solutions to 1st of-kind issues, through root cause analysis coordination (owns PDCA) either through; global development, production sites or BFR SQM as appropriate.
• Resolution time, Time-to-Fix
1. third line complaint handling, ensuring follow up of Big Impact issues
2. Supporting / empowering the 1st line (local after sales) and 2nd line (customer care) complaint handling by knowledge sharing (via CRS and support training by regional Customer Care).
• Effective handling governmental complaints / non conformities
• Manages fast feedback engineer.
2) Being the Voice of Service / Field / customer, by ensuring the development quality team prepares on time:-
• Predicted /validated FCR
• Field preparation such as; service instructions, product knowledge
• Spare parts / products menu and availability at Commercial release, production start.
• Risk analysis (safety incidents)
• Set up of safe launch / fast feedback for first of kind products
• Product Serviceability
3) Coordination of FQM activity in the other regions
• Manages the regional FQM’s
• Data availability from the other regions
• Drives improvement in development centre based on issues from the other regions
• Reporting to the BG Quality manager.
• Responsible for improvement of KPI’s.
• Functional leader of regional field quality managers.
• Training, technical coordination of BG’s activities at call centre.
• Leads “red alerts”, “managing” involved colleagues for the duration of the issue.

Essential job requirements:
