The job:

Demand for our SAP BI / BO group is growing rapidly and we are currently looking for Business Intelligence (BI) Consultants (from Junior to Senior Consultant) with functional or technical profile seeking to bridge the gap between Business and IT in order to deliver value-added solutions to our clients.


What will be your role?
NorthgateArinso Belgium SAP BI / BO team focuses on helping our clients to tackle the full breadth of their information management challenges. Based on deep collaboration and understanding of client needs, we deliver solutions that help clients measure, analyze and optimize business performance across the entire enterprise, integrating best of breed technology from our extensive network of alliance companies.


What will be your responsibilities?
• Lead and facilitate client meetings/workshops, and perform high level analysis of complex client requirements to produce customized solution specifications.
• Understand complex business processes & requirements and rapidly find robust and innovative development solutions respecting SAP HR architecture.
• Participate in development activities such as coding, testing, documentation and maintenance support within the implementation of different HR projects simultaneously.
• Provide accurate work estimations and target completion dates about Your specific area of expertise, and be accountable on these.

What are your qualifications?
• 1 to 7 years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence: more specifically SAP or Business Objects.
• Experience in implementation projects linked to BO, BW or BPC is required.
• Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought.
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
