Within CIB (Corporate Investment Banking), the team IT Application Production & Support is in charge of managing the entire Capital Markets production environment in close collaboration with the Development teams and the Business. Systems are used at the one hand by the Front-Office in several dealing rooms by Traders & Sales around the world to perform functions such as trading, pricing or position keeping. On the other hand, systems are used by Operations, to perform Middle-Office, Back-Office and Risk management functions. Our Business domains include Foreign Exchange, Treasury & Fixed-Income markets, as well as, Equity, Commodities & Derivatives markets.

Objective:
- As User Support for Operations, you will be dedicated on a number of specific functions of Operations. You will be fully integrated with the end-users, to know perfectly their working context, both on functional as on technical side.
- Incident management: You are the direct contact of the Operations department for in-depth application support.
- Major incident follow-up: Participate in the analysis, communication & action plan of major incidents.
- Problem management: Identify problems and follow-up with IT for solutions.
- Service Improvement: Continual process to reflect critically current situation, propose & implement tracks of improvement.
- Knowledge management: Continual documentation creation & update in a fast changing world.
- Release management: Coordinate releases between the Release Manager, IT and impacted users.
- Security management: Request user accesses & follow-up with the IT applications team for
implementation.
- Networking: Build a solid network of contacts inside the Business, Operations & IT departments in an international environment.

Skills:
- Mandatory English. French/Dutch is a plus.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 1 year in an IT environment
- Experience in Financial Markets \ Dealing Rooms: Front-, Middle- or Back-Office
- Experience with professional financial products
- ITIL methodology
