Your role as a program manager:

You have full responsibility over multiple projects aiming at one same business goal.
You program level activities and schedule of projects, determine program standards, and sets policies and procedures for projects.
You are responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program, and manage programme-level risks and issues
You respect planning as well as budget, and deliver above customer expectations. µ
During programme delivery you work in close contact with the Delivery Manager and Account Manager, taking into account the company’s quality system.

Your profile as a program manager:
You have at least 3 years proven experience in program management
You have strong leadership and management skills
You have effective interpersonal and communications skills
You have marketing and communication skills to “sell” the program into the business areas
You have a good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
You have a knowledge of project management approaches
You have a good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
You have a knowledge of business change techniques, e.g. BPR
You have knowledge of benefits identification and tracking techniques
Experience with distributed delivery and offshore development is a plus
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and a good command of English


Your role as a project manager:
You have full responsibility of project developments.
You respect planning as well as budget, and delivers above customer expectations.
You lead a project team and manage the relationship with the clients’ project team, as well as sub- or co-contractors.
During project delivery you work in close contact with the Delivery Manager and Account Manager, taking into account the company’s quality system

Your profile as a project manager:
• You have at least 5 to 7 years proven experience in project management
• Due to permanent contact with our clients you are service minded, diplomatic and perseverant
• Respect of deadlines, focus on results and quality are key words in this function
• As a person you are organised, autonomous, proactive and excellent in communication
• Experience with distributed delivery and offshore development is a plus
• Experience with migration projects is a plus as well
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and a good command of English
