For our client in Luxembourg IDPP is looking for a Service desk engineer to start on a long term freelance contract in January 2011.
- Role description **
Within the service desk of our customer you and your colleagues guarantee the filtering – assignment and follow up of all requests and incidents.
**Profile description ** – experience in a role as service desk engineer for large organizations – experience in incident management and resolution – experience in analyzing impact – experience in using ITIL processes (Incident management – Problem Management – Service desk)
Offer – Freelance contract of 6 months – Extensions of your contract every 6 months – International service desk: used languages French and English – Based in Luxembourg
