Second Line Helpdesk SAP

Description

· In this key role you will provide second line service support to your colleagues and clients when they have problems with SAP Solutions
· You are responsible for every problem from A to Z: from problem detection and providing support to problem solving
· You will provide support in French and English

Profile

· You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
· You have problem solving skills in the SAP SRM-module
· You have acquired practical knowledge of Office software
· Affinity with internet applications is a must
· You fluently speak English and French
· You are client driven and service minded
· Experience as a helpdesk officer is a plus
