Software Architect Java (m/v)

Description

• You are responsible for overall software architecture, design, development and testing. You will engage into long term client projects and fulfill every client need.
• You communicate towards your client and your team in an effective/efficient way, your expert consultancy results in successful projects and motivated team members.
• You control and follow up your project from A to Z, engage in every process along the way and make sure the project is finished in a successful way.
• You analyze and solve problems, combined with your commercial drive you make sure to have a perfect grip on client, team and project.
• You are used to defining strategies, living up to policies and discussing technical issues towards technical audiences, you have good presentation skills.
• You are ambitious towards performing for long term relationships and you’re very service-minded.
Profile

• You have a Master degree in combination with 2 years experience as an Architect.
• You’re a good communicator and get people to listen to you.
• Whether working individually as working in team, you always perform.
• The following technologies/methodologies are your second nature:
o Rup , Agile , Scrum
o Java 1.5 , Java EE 5. , Spring 2.5 or above, Struts or Spring MVC + Spring Webflow
o Axis2
o Websphere 7.0
o Hibernate 3.2
o XML-XLS-Transformation to PDF and RTF
o Clearcase, Clearquest
o UML
