You acknowledge the importance of your social network and you wish to develop that knowledge network.

Then join our Management Traineeship. In different sessions, you will be placed (based on your competences, your personality,…) with one of our participants in order to carry through missions (varying according to the participant’s request) during several months.

Additionally, you will receive management skills trainings (e.g. negotiation skills, situational leadership, commercial consciousness,…), directly applicable on the field, as well as business coaching and career coaching.

During your time with ORMIT, you will have the occasion to develop your network of potential employers. At completion of your Management Traineeship, you will be able to determine the direction of your professional career. You will join a group of people in the 25-age category, whose ambitions are ultimately similar to yours: becoming a manager.

Profile:
You are about to complete university.
You already have relevant professional experience (maximum of 3 years).
You hold a business-oriented Master degree (Commercial Engineer, Economic Sciences,…).
You have an excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
You wish to learn and go through our Management Traineeship, which focuses on your development.
