Key Responsibilities:
In liaison with the client, you will be in charge of the
management and organization of our activities on site.
Your tasks include the Following :
• supervise and manage a team of 40
• manage a team involved in multi-technical activities
(including cold, heat, back-up power) on an industrial
production site - monitor and analyze the technical facilities
• draft activity reports - validate and analyze performance and
operational data
• monitor quality / safety / environment - define preventive
and corrective measures
• ensure compliance with contractual and budgetary
commitments
• develop a quality relationship with the client - business skills
• manage subcontractors
• establish and follow up works estimates
• develop our Facility Management business

Profile:
• Engineer with excellent expertise in cold, heat and electrical
engineering - at least 10 years of experience in industrial
environment
• Proven experience in management of demanding client and
contractual relationships
• Excellent relational skills
• Knowledge of French and English
• Management experience
• Ability to make proposals to upgrade the facilities under your responsibility

work area: The Netherlands (close to the Hague)
