Joico Laboratories Europe BV (JLE)/ Zotos Europe (ZE) in Helmond, subsidiary of the American company Zotos Int., member of the Shiseido group sells and distributes exclusive high quality hair care products for the professional hairdresser and salons. JLE/ZE exports to more than 38 countries in EMEA through an independent distributor network. At this moment the network consists of 43 distributors. JLE/ZE is a dynamic company expanding their market. In order to maintain their high quality products and services, they work with a team of educators giving technical formation to all clients. The Helmond team which counts 27 dynamic and motivated employees, is looking for a new colleague (m/f):

EDUCATOR

Function:
As an educator you support the Joico/Zotos Europe Education department by organizing and executing events at the European Training Center and in-country educational events for local distributors for all Zotos and Joico brands.
• You create educational material such as presentations, manuals, …
• You assist in researching and developing educational and technical information concerning product launches.
• You train and offer educational support to all distributor teams and stylists within EMEA region. You also organize and execute educational training programs at the JLE Training centre.
• You represent Joico/Zotos in business building events and activities to develop the market.
•You handle technical product related customers complaints.
•You report to the Education Manager.

Profile:
•You have at least 5 years of professional experience in cosmetic industry, preferably hair care.
•You already worked on an international level and are willing to travel about 50% of your time.
•You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and German.
•You’re communicative and your strong personality makes you a good stage performer.
•You manage Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•You developed strong organisational skills.
•You are positive, independent and enterprising.
